The aim of these programs is the harmonious muscular construction and the specialized training of muscle groups in order to achieve maximum muscle performance during a performance or during individual movements such as a pirouette. With the V-Authentic Pilates® method, we work together not only with the pelvic muscles, but we also build the muscles of the whole body.
In the case of injuries, we specialize the training according to your needs, in such a way that the injured area returns to its previous muscular capacity along with the corresponding training of the rest of the body.
It is particularly important to mention the detail that the V-authentic Pilates® method works with the foot in an outward turn or else en de hors. In this way, the stability of the pelvic zone, i.e. the pelvis, is achieved – a prerequisite for example for a dancer. This specific position of the legs is not accidental at all. The official military position imposes “V-position” and is the “official” placement of dancers on site as well.

Choosing a well-trained trainer-coach with excellent knowledge of the anatomy and the muscle function of the human body gives / hides the results of success in a performance or race.
